Weird patches on breasts (TMI) pictures

I have these oval looking patches on my breasts that started out as pimple type bumps. I am 15 weeks and 3 days today and I have had them for about 4 or 5 days now. They were really itchy so I scratched them quite a bit and they turned into these red round patches. They still itch to this day. Any moms every experienced this before or know what it could be? I am going to contact my doctor but thought I would get some insights from other moms
