Rubbing the bump

So first I'll admit I'm not a touchy feely person.  I have been joking with one of my friends because I'm like omg what is this I have watery salty things coming from my eyes, I'm crying, feelings what are these!  Anyway, am I alone in not wanting anyone to touch my bump?  It's like dude I'm not a petting zoo. One of my best friends was like oh I can rub it anyway, and it's like umm no.  Thoughts?  How to approach with people
