5 week old baby girl

So my baby girl is 5 weeks old.  She has had some of the white discharge that I know is completely normal.  Today I noticed that the discharge has a yellow/ green color to it. There is no smell.    I change her a lot and keep her dry.  Wipe her from front to back.  But when she poops it goes every where.  She has a Dr apt Tuesday for her check up should I wait until then or call them tomorrow?   What could this be?   Oh and I did not have any hind of stds or infections while pregnant.
