3 wks 4days cramping on right side

So I'm 3 wks & 4 days pregnant. Got my BFP today! I've been cramping on my right side for a few days. I haven't cramped since I found out I was pregnant with my daughter who is now 1.5 yrs old. So I just knew I was pregnant this time... before her I had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy on my left. I lost the tube. I'm a nervous wreck with this cramping only on my right side. With my ectopic, I didn't feel pain until week 6-7. So could I be stressing for nothing? I'm not spotting at all. With my ectopic, I never stopped spotting. I'm getting labs drawn in the morning to track my HCG levels. Anyone else have the same thing? Help!
