Someone please give me hope.

I am 13 dpo and AF is late by just one day. I took a test a few days ago and got a bfn. I miscarried in July so I tend to get my hopes up when my period is late. My last cycle started two days early so I'm a little confused as to when they are supposed to start now. Could I still possibly be pregnant with only one day late and a bfn?
