unusual bleeding! 🚨🚨help 😰😰😭😭

Hi ladies!!!

So I just want to ask a question because I'm really worried. I was placed on the hormone Norethisterone because it helped better with my endometriosis it worked better than anything else to be honest and so I tried it out for about two months then my period got better less pain, lighter flow it was the best.

So I went to get a replacement because I was running out and they gave me a three months dose and unlike the first one which I had to leave a week in between for some bleeding, this one is a back to back dose and has a lesser dose of hormones. I'm only into the first pack and I'm bleeding is bleeding normal even if you are taking the hormones back to back?
