HELP!!!!

my boyfriend and i have been sexually active (oral and fingering only) and i'm on my period currently and we're still being active but i've notice on the outer side of my vagina that there's a few bumps. one of them itches like crazy and it's huge but the others just look like it's irritated from the last time i've shaved although it's been a while. i'm trying to not freak out because i don't want to cause any more stress for either me or my boyfriend. also my mom doesn't know we're both being sexually active.
