Hi everyone I'm 38+2 and ever since a couple of days ago it feels like there in a lump behind my tonsils, it's sore if I cough but not the usual sore throat where it's sore to swallow or anything.  I havint had trouble with breathing throughout my whole pregnancy just now. Is this normal or something I should be concerned about? I don't want to phone the midwife and look silly
