My sister was 0cm and 0% efaced 7 hours before giving birth to my niece.

I am 4cm dilated, 75% efaced, baby is engaged and I lost my plug 2 weeks ago...no signs of labor.

Moral of my story, it literally doesnt matter. There are thing you can do to soften/ripen your cervix but it doesn't mean you'll go into labor.

Evening primrose oil capsules- sooo not sexy but I have my husband insert 3 a night as far up as he can get them.

Raspberry leaf tea- I drink about 2 litres a day and make it pretty strong.

Eating dates- it's one of the only scientifically proven ways to have a real effect on your cervix and it's been proven to shorten labor.

Lots of sex, if you're up for it- 3 ejaculations is the same as 1 dose of cervidil.

I've also been doing squats daily.

I really have no idea if any of this is helping, or if I would still be progressing like this on my own. Good luck mamma!
