I'm scared that I'm pregnant, I took a test but it was negative . But I'm having cramping and a little back pain . I'm scared , can someone help me please . How do I know if I'm pregnant or not ?

Wait for your period to show & if it's late then you can take a test. I would highly suggest getting on birth control if you don't want to become pregnant.
