Close?

Horrible diarrhea, tight cramps, extreme exhaustion, nausea, lots of hot firey pressure in my vagina, and sharp shooting pain in my back. Still no bloody show. Should I just expect these symptoms for the next month or could I be closer than that? I'm 36 weeks. How do I know if I'm dilated? I have an appointment tomorrow! FTM... I feel clueless and beyond scared.
