My bff is a real estate agent, but I really dont want to mix business with friendship. I dont want to discuss our budget for the home or our max price with her either. I dont want to ruin our friendship, but I also dont want to use her since we are so close. I dont want to be a bad friend, but my husband and I think its best to get someone we dont know so we can keep things as professional as possible.

Should I suck it up and just use her so we dont have any issues? Or should I tell her how I feel and chose another agent?
