NEED ADVICE!
I need some advice. How can I keep from losing so much weight while working? I got hired as a CNA in the beginning of September and I weighed a little over 140. Now it's the end of December and I weigh 124. I can't complain about losing the 20ish pounds but I don't want to lose too much. What are some things I can do to keep from losing more weight? (I'm almost 5'10") I'm worried if I lose too much more it'll cause health problems.
