Help??!

Question

I've missed my period for 4 days now and I take a pregnancy test but it says "not pregnant".. So I'm not sure what's going on now.. And I was wondering is there any other problem that could cause a missed period??

Answer

Change in hormone levels, stress levels, diet, excerise can all delay your period. Birth control too. Also possible that it's too early to test, if it doesn't come in a few weeks and you had unprotected sex, try again.
