I'm 10 weeks and just found out my a1c is high and now have to go in for the one hour glucose test. I was pre diabetic before pregnancy and was managing with diet and exercise. Now that's it's winter and freezing outside I don't get as much exercise so I'm thinking the test isn't  gonna come back good. Anybody else have high blood sugar? Do you have to take insulin? How has this effected you and your pregnancy?
