struggling but spending $500 on best friend

So my best friend has been seeing this guy that I do not like for her, she baby's him(he's younger), drives an hour at 5 am to pick him to drive back to go to school. She pays on all their dates. He doesn't like me bc she told him I don't like him. I'm her neighbor and since my car was totaled, I payed her $100 for parking pass at school and gas money, and I'm always buying her stuff when we go out. She makes excuses that she can't drive me because of him. Even when she goes straight home! And again I am her neighbor! I had to call my mom to drive pick me up and go back home(20 min drive).I already bought her my Christmas present spending $500 on her. She knows I bought her a gift and she's acting nice because she knows it's big. She bought him a big present spending the same amount. He only got her a purse from Macy's. I mean it's not about the money but she's not in a right place. I didn't get to give her her present yet but now I feel like keeping some stuff because she doesn't treat me the same I treat her. I'm pretty sure she didn't buy me anything too... again not about the money but I am struggling to save up because I recently quit my job. I had to rant and give me your opinions please.
