Imodium ad while pregnant

Hi ladies . I'm 9 weeks 2 days and I'm having really bad stomach issues. Is it safe to drink or take imodium ad? I have another appointment on the 28th of this month and I'll be asking my obgyn but I would like to hear from some of you ladies. So far I've been sucking it up but it's so bad that I even get nauseous. The worst part is I drive a lot for work and constantly have to make bathroom stops😑. Tia
