is this medicine safe?

So I've been having some pregnancy symptoms. Sore breast, cramping, nausea, change in discharge, headaches, etc. I also have terrible chronic/epileptic migraines. Today I got a terrible migraine around 4:30 in the morning and it lasted till around 3-4 in the evening. I knew at this point it was time to see a doctor. At the doctors visit they wanted to give me a Phenagrin injection for the nausea due to my migraine. I told the doctor there was a possibility that I could be pregnant but I hadn't taken a test yet because I felt it was to early. She told me the medication was safe for pregnancy and left it at that. I still have some doubt though. In case I am carrying, is the medication they gave me safe?
