Broke up with me???

So my boyfriend of nearly a year decided to stop texting back. We haven't talked since Saturday and earlier today he blocked me on snapchat. I tried to ask him about it but didn't receive a response. I'm just ridiculously confused by all of this because when we last talked everything was completely normal. We haven't been having any issues (we never really have in general) and things were going great). I'm losing sleep over this 😕
