How do u know if your in labor or not. Having sharp pains under breast and lower belly so much pressure on my private area. I never experince this and dont want to freak out waking everyone up to go to hospital if its just nothing. I threw up also. Im almost 39 weeks i also dont have a primary care doctor i would just have to show up at L&D
