Baby Boy 12.20.16 not even close to my birth plan

Went in to l&d for a presistant headache and they didn't like how baby looked on monitor so they decided to induce me. At about 9:30pm they placed cervidal and everything was runing smoothly so at about 3:30am my room filled with Doctors and nurses bc apparently babies heart rate dropped all the way to 50 so they hurried and removed the cervidal and said we'll get a action plan in the morning. So at about 8:30 am two doctors entered the room and I already knew where the conversation was going. They came and told me that they didn't think baby would be Able to continue with induction bc I was only at a 1 and the really bad decel and c section would be best course of action . A c section was my last last LAST option I just didn't want one but I tell you what I wanted my baby healthy and safe more. So me and hubby went ahead and agreed to do a c section and by 11:00 I was being wheeled into the OR scared as hell. it took a while to set everything up but once I was ready and hubby was next to me they started and by 11:41 I heard my son cry and I couldn't help but cry also all I kept thinking was that is my baby actually mine it seemed so surreal oh how I love my rainbow baby. 40 weeks 4days 6lbs 19inches
