It depends I don't change it at night, if I'm out running errands I won't change her unless she poops, but during the day if we stay home, I change it in the morning , then she usually poops , then I'll change again before her nap and lil after if it's puffy then Before and a little after her afternoon nap if it's puffy.

I change whenever her diapers feels wet. She has a fused labia so she's at risk of UTIs 
   She wakes up around 2-3am and depending on how the diaper feels I change her.

I usually change when the diaper feels squishy. If there is only a little pee in it it really doesn't feel squishy. I'm sure I "waste" a lot of diapers but I'd rather my baby doesn't get diaper rash. I'd say it's probably close to every 2hrs or so. I change poopy diapers as soon as possible. At bedtime he gets a fresh diaper and sometimes I change it in the middle of the night if he wakes up to eat otherwise he's usually ok to go until 5am when he normally wakes to eat. I never wake him to change.

I don't go by time. If she poops, I change her immediately, of course. Otherwise, I'll usually change her before a nap and whenever the diaper feels squishy. So probably every 3-4 hours? I have no idea. She doesn't get changed at all during the night. We probably use 6-7 diapers a day, most days.
