I am currently 38 weeks & 3 days . 2-3 cm dilated . I just had sex with my husband before he left to work . Now im contracting like crazy & i know sex does that but its getting uncomfertable & painful now . How long should i wait before telling if its actual labor or false contractions ?

Time them. If they are 5 minutes from start to start, lasting around a minute for one hour, you should go in. Labor contractions also don't change in intensity if you change your position or if you drink water.
