being called fat when pregnant

I'm 21 weeks pregnant and I'm so relieved because we didn't think we would make it this far. I have gained 20 pounds ( I discovered cream cheese and graham crackers) and it's like every day someone is calling me fat. Yesterday a coworker was like I didn't recognize you, you got huge! I have to explain I'm pregnant then it gets taken as a joke because I don't have a nice pregnancy belly yet, it just looks like I've gained a lot of weight. Anyone else struggling with something similar ?
