Blocked right fallopian tube

Hey ladies! I just had a hsg (dye test) done this morning. It was confirmed that I have a blocked right fallopian tube. I have the option to have surgery to possibly have 2 functioning tubes. Has anyone had this? Or any experience with this? Any input would be appreciated. Thank you and baby dust!! 💕💕💕
