What are you buying for baby to prep for the first few days?

Penaten, baby powder 
Shampoo soap lotion
Nipple pads
Wash clothes and towel 
Swaddles and blankets 
Onesies 
Bibs 
Bottles 
Crib mattress 
Change pad and liners 
Basinette 
Pacifiers and clips
Mitts, beanie hat, socks
Car seat 
Stroller
Sling carrier
Hair brush nail clippers 
Pump

Will be buying: pads and granny panties, crib sheets, change pad cover, glider

Debating getting these items as will get gifts after baby ...do i need them immediately?
Thermometer 
Baby bath 
Monitor 
Diaper pail 
Bouncers 
Play yard 
Breast feeding cover 
Humidifier 
Nightlight/lamp
On the go change pads

I would say definitely get a thermometer and infant Tylenol. You don't want to be wondering if baby has a fever. 
As far as the rest, my list of things to buys is:
Diapers & wipes 
Car seat
Some clothes

I only bought diaper bag I have a swaddle blanket I got for free from Amazon and a bottle and wipes. My shopping cart has the home outfit, bibs, onesies, socks, pump, nursing cover, carrier, groom kit, and nursing shirts. I'll buy the big items carseat, crib, playpen, stroller etc in March when Amazon gives me a discount. April is my baby shower so anything I don't get there I'll get the next day.
