Sick!?

I've had a horrible head and chest cold for about a week.. and nothing I do works. Yesterday I got a migraine and it hasn't gone away yet! Tylenol doesn't help ibuprofen doesn't help it seems like nothing I try helps does anyone have any remedies to get rid of migraines or my cold? I hate doctors so I'm not leaving my house.

Take zinc and vitamin everyday. Ton of water. Sleep! Its going around and it sucks

Peppermint essencial oils. Put some On your templates and lay in the dark and no noise. Take some ibuprofen as well and make sure you're well hydrated and fed. Take car and feel better.

As a nurse I would advise you to go the urgent care just to get it checked. Since you had it for a week and complaining of chest pain.
