I've never been so miserable

I've been so sick for a week now. I went to the doctor today and it's nothing serious but my nose is so inflamed inside I just can't breathe. Like literally no air can get in or out of my nose. I haven't slept a full night for a week. No medicine that I'm allowed works. I was finally prescribed a nasal spray, but they said that will take days to kick in (if it even does). I'm 10 days from my due date. I just want to cry. I'd love to get my last normal week of sleep before I have a newborn. I'm fine with taking care of my son, I'd much rather do that than be up all night sick and not being able to breathe. I want to go into labor so bad but I honestly don't know how I'd make it through feeling like this. 😩😭😩😭😩😭😩
