Am I going crazy?

Cycle has been crazy since my ectopic and such. This is supposed to be my fertile week, but I already have a high and firm cervix, lots of creamy discahrge, and like 4 days ago I had ever so light brownish pink discharge, but I had only been off my period for like 4-5 days? I'm lost. Had a little mild cramping today, and a little heart burn. Right boob gets like little twinges of what it felt like when kinda like my milk would let down after ds...
