break up

My boyfriend recently broke up with me and it hurts so much. We had a bad breakup and he was quite horrible in the way he spoke to me. He is already with another girl in the space of a week and this makes it even more painful. This is my first real, raw heartbreak and I feel like I'll never get over him. I'm still in love with him. Does anyone have any advice or experience/knowledge to help me? It would mean a lot.
