Don't know how to feel

Need lots of prayer first ultrasound was today they saw a sack but barley saw anything in it and didn't hear a heatbeat. (Im 8 weeks) Going back monday for follow up. Dr said i may have a miscarriage over the weekend. I dont feel any signs of a miscarriage. 😢 I am very sad about this and just need prayers. Im praying my next ultrasound will show baby is developing and be able to hear a heartbeat. Im 27 and this is my very first pregnancy.
