doctors appointments

I feel stupid asking this question because I should probably already know, but at what age do they ask you if you've become sexually active at the doctors?? I go to a pediatrician and just recently had my 16 year check up( still 16 btw) there were no questions reguarding sex, which I have already done. It was done safely and we were each other's first so not scared about all that kind of stuff just wondering🙂
