Should I be worried and call my doctor?

I've recently started taking a form of birth control (rigevidon) and for the past 4 days I have had sever cramping to the point that I can no longer stand the pain and have to take some ibuprofen, the pain soon stops around 20 minutes after taking the ibuprofen, is this something I should worry about or is this normal as I've only just started taking the pill, any advise would be helpful, thank you 😊
