Lost.

I know relationships aren't based on the material things and I understand, but my boyfriend hasn't bought me anything the past 3 years we've been together for Christmas, or my birthday. So this year I don't feel like going out my way and spoiling him this year, I buy him everything without a question. But once I ask for something he doesn't have money, and that's okay I always buy myself stuff. But id like to be spoiled once in a while. So I learned to not expect anything from him.
