Controlling or Protective??

my bf dose not like me wearing "tight" dresses, crop tops, or low cut tops. he is okay with it if i am with him and we are at the mall together or something but other then that he gets pretty salty at me at school wearing the following. also he gets jealous if i hang out with my best friend of 2 years because he is a guy..? but if i get mad at him for hannging with a girl he says don't worry i am loyal witch i know he is but then why can i not hang out my my guy friends?
