40w6d at 35w1d

My doctors have been keeping a close eye on me as I have PIH and I am measuring ahead at 40w6d while I am only 35w1d. They are saying both the baby and my placenta is measuring ahead. Has anyone else had a similar situation and what are your doctors doing? They have been calm but then they tell me I need to now be seen 2 times a weeks with a level 2 doctor. So I am getting very very mixed signals.
