What can I take!? I feel miserable!!!

I have bronchitis and Strep throat and am absolutely miserable! I got a shot and am on a Z-pack but I don't know what to do. I'm taking the cough medicine they gave me but it's not working, I haven't slept hardly at all in 4 nights because of this cough and with the z-pack I can't even take my antacids which my heartburn is awful but not as bad as this cough. What else can I do or take?
