missed miscarriage
Today at 12 weeks I went for my first official scan with my new OBGYN and the Baby had no heartbeat. I had a scan at 8 weeks and everything was normal.
It was a missed miscarriage.. so now I have to take tablets and go through this myself. I JIST would like some advice on how to handle this. I am heartbroken scared and sad. I don't really know what to do. Thank you
