3cm dialated & due 2/7/17 (33wks)

Well thought I had an infection but it was fluid in my kidneys causing the pain. I'm at the hospital now! I'm currently 33 weeks but measuring a week ahead. I'm 3cm dialated and my cervix short & thin. Contractions on & off? Any other mothers had this problem so early?
