Question mothers ????

SOOOOO I've been in my bed since 9 and it's currently 3:22 am. Through out that time I've been feeling a little pain in my lower abdominal .. must I remind you my baby lays real low to my pelvic to where I can feel him kicking . Soooo just now I'm on YouTube and I keep sneezing till the third time I sneezed and fluids squirted out my vagina while farting at the same time (tmi? SORRY, gotta keep it real). My question is why am I squirting out fluids while sneezing? Is that even normal? I'm really curious to know.. I'm 22 weeks I thought my water broke .. first time Mommy so I need answers pleaseeeee
