Braxton Hicks..?

How am I going to know if I have Braxton Hicks?? I know this seems silly but I have a very high pain tolerance and am know for brushing things off. I know ill be able to tell when Im really in labor, but I heard braxton Hicks arent painful..does everyone get them? Im 30w and feel like I should start feeling them soon. Whats your experience with this ladies??

I have a high pain tolerance as well and with both my pregnancies braxton hicks are just a tightening in my stomach. Feel like a giant blood pressure cuff being tightened around my belly. You will know if they are braxton hicks And if in doubt just time them. They'll be irregular, they'll go away after a while or if you change what you're doing or drink water. Contractions will stay consistent and will not go away. They also feel like period cramps. With my first it was just light cramping way deep like I would sometimes get in the beginning of my periods. They started out every 10 minutes and got closer together over the course of the day. I have endometriosis so my actual period cramps were horrific and similar to labor contractions.

Not everyone experiences Braxton hicks. But for me, my entire stomach gets really hard all over. Has to be all over, not just one spot where the baby is pushing her bum out. Lasts about 30 seconds. Doesn't hurt,but does squeeze my bladder so I feel like I have to pee. If you get multiple ones, they aren't timetable and predictable like real ones. They go away with water and rest

I'm still not sure if I'm getting BH lol I'm 39 weeks. Ftm so I don't know what all the feelings are. I get tightening at the top of my uterus every so often and mild cramps sometimes so maybe those are BH? Everyone says I'll know when its actual contractions lol

You feel your bump tightening and getting hard. It's doesn't really matter if you feel them or not. It's just your uterus practicing.

Braxton hicks are painful for some women like myself - my belly doesn't seem to tighten that i know of,  i just get cramps in my lower stomach/abdomen. It just comes hand in hand with everyones bodies being different i guess, so if you do get cramping don't just assume is labor  :)

My doctor told me I have a high pain tolerance. BH are just tightening in your belly, trust me you'll know when it happens. Mine don't hurt either, every so often I'll feel crampy during one but that's it. They're pretty inconsistent to. Where regular contractions are able to be timed.
