Epidural or spinal block?

I'm scared of needles and even more terrified of pain,  just wondering what would be the better option for a less painful delivery ?

Answer

I'm pretty sure the procedures are essentially the same, but with an epidural you get a catheter for continued medicine, and the spinal is a one time shot. Definitely going with the epidural
