Pelvic congestion syndrome

Has anyone on here been diagnosed with this? I'd really love to hear about your stories I'm feeling very distraught right now I also have endometriosis and while I had a very difficult journey getting pregnant with my first including surgery my husband and i had high hopes for having 2 more babies. Well I've had nothing but problems since delivery. We had my son in January and started ttc again in March when we were able to have sex (due the difficulties having my son) and we've had no luck and after months of agony I finally went in yesterday to have another lap (suspecting endo was the cause) only to find out not just endo was there but i have pelvic congestion syndrome which is like varicose veins on the uterus the veins are all swollen and twisted causing my intense pain. There isn't much that can be done for me now for either disease since our hope is pregnancy but now I'm afraid if I'm even able to get pregnant again it will be my last because of my conditions and because my symptoms most likely will worsen with pregnancy. We are happy to adopt we are trying to become foster parents it's just hitting me really hard today the reality of my conditions and it makes me feel like a failure because i can't give my husband the kids he wants
