Red (Nov. 16th) - Last day of my period (10th-16th)

Green question mark (Nov. 30th)- Possible day of conception.

Light blue (Dec. 10th&11th)- BFPs (followed directions to a T and I did both digital and a line one)

Purple (Dec. 14th)- Ultrasound (nothing came up) and blood drawn, HCG levels at 300

Dark blue (Dec. 21st)- Second blood draw, waiting on results.

My doctor called me yesterday with my results from my first blood draw and said my levels were at 300. She said I was probably 2 weeks pregnant on the 14th. I would be three weeks now. I read online that it was impossible for a BFP to show up a week after conception, but none of this makes sense. I am so confused. Make sense to anyone else? Anything wrong with my logic?
