Ok so I'm currently 13wks today,however at my 10wk appt my doctor could not hear a heartbeat, I still have nausea some times breast tenderness but that's it, my stomach is still very soft I know it'll take some time before it gets firm however this is my 4th pregnancy and by now at least my uterus should be above my pelvic bone which is extremely soft, I have little to no discharge, should I be worried?
