This might be a dumb question, but I need help!

I know we conceived somewhere around 12/9-12/11 which is about two weeks ago. Glow calculated an
EDD
of 9/1 and has me at 3 weeks 5 days along. How am I 3 Wks 5 days if we only conceived 2 weeks ago?
This might be a dumb question, but I need help!
