rash from diarrhea

My baby has had diarrhea for the past 5 days, we took her to doc on wed. Because she was having some blood in stool and they took a sample to test but I won't get results until Tuesday. Meanwhile my baby still has diarrhea at least 5 times a day and she's got like little sores. I have been putting desitin and baby powder after every diaper change but it's not helping. Any suggestions?
