I've been having contractions for 2 days that weren't very painful. Today I've been in pain all day, it comes and goes. The contractions are in like in a circle on my belly and go to my lower back. The pain in my back is most painful of all. Nothing regular yet. They can even last for a few minutes and then go away again. 2 days ago I was 1cm dilated and 30% effaced.
