Do a salt water soak on it. (Take a cup, fill it with warm salt water a s hold it over your nipple for 20-30 min) do it 2x a day and that should help it heal

Get a longer bar in them so they have more room to heal and breathe!! Your bar looks wayyyy too close and tight to the nipple

This happened to me on both sides of the piercing-it seemed like 2 keloids formed. I tried to save it as much as I could but after endless amounts of puss (sorry-gross lol) and pain, I figured my nipps just didn't wanna be pierced. Sometimes our bodies don't take to piercings well. As someone else sugggested, try to do a salt soak but if it doesn't get better my advice would just be to remove it to avoid infection.

Do a saline soak, and when showering use dial antibacterial soap for nipples. Also, get a longer bar also because it looks as if it's making an imprint.

it doesn't look super happy! avoid salt, but try cleaning once or twice a day with soap or a sterile saline solution. as well as going to talk to tour piercer ASAP, it could definitely be the size or quality of the jewelry.

I got those too a lot but mine were a lot more severe. It's because of moisture maybe because of over cleaning. I now only spray the wound wash directly onto my nipples when I see puss and then completely dry them with gauze pads afterward and now these nasty blood bubble looking bumps are finally going away! So only clean when you see puss and then just dry the area completely and also after a shower just dry it completely with a gauze pad! That should help, it helped me! It'll take a little while but don't pick at the scabs that'll form and just keep doing what I said and they should go back to normal eventually!

Looks like a bad piercing pimple! As everyone else said, do a salt soak!
