Still pregnant?

I got my first frer line at 7dpo. I got another at 8dpo. Then I got negative at 9dpo. Then another line at 10dpo. Then nothing at 11dpo. Today, I got a line at 12dpo. I seem to only get lines in the late afternoon, never in the morning. Does it sound like I could still be pregnant?
